Can I use it for a refund or a dispute with a seller?
Yes, as a record of what was said. Attach it to a refund request, a dispute or a bank chargeback. We cannot promise a seller, platform or bank will accept it.
Will the court accept my pack?
We cannot promise that, and nobody honestly can. The pack follows Practice Direction 27A's layout. Always follow your own court's directions.
Is this legal advice?

Do you upload my chat?
No. The file is read and the PDFs are made on your device.
