The short version
- Your chat never leaves your device. It's opened and turned into PDFs in your browser. We never receive it.
- No accounts, no tracking cookies.
- We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies.
- When you pay, our payment provider handles your card. We see your email, country and what you bought.
Your chat
When you open a WhatsApp export on VaultXT, your browser reads it and makes the PDFs on your device. The chat, its messages and any voice notes or photos in it are not sent to us or anyone else. Our website's security settings block the page from sending data anywhere except our own site and Cloudflare's visitor counter.
Because we never have your chat, we can't see it, lose it or delete it. Close the tab and it's gone from VaultXT. The PDFs you download are yours to keep or delete.
What we do collect
- Visits to the website. Cloudflare, which runs our website, handles your IP address to deliver the pages and keep them secure. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without identifying you.
- Payments. When you buy a pack, our payment provider collects your payment details. We receive your name, email, country, the amount and what you bought. We never see your card number.
- Emails you send us. If you contact us, we keep your email so we can reply.
Who else sees it
- Cloudflare runs the website (hosting, security and visit counts).
- Our payment provider handles payments and, where needed, sales tax.
We don't sell your information or use it for advertising, and nothing is used to train AI.
How long we keep it
- Payment records: 5 years, because Australian tax law requires it.
- Emails: up to 2 years after we last hear from you.
- Your chat: never kept, because we never receive it.
Children
VaultXT is for adults. Chats sometimes mention children, which is one more reason they stay on your device.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, unless we must keep it by law. In the UK you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). In Australia you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
Who we are
