Terms.

The short version
- VaultXT formats your own messages. It is not a law firm and doesn't give legal advice.
- We can't promise a court, seller, platform or bank will accept your pack. Check their rules.
- Not happy? Ask for a refund within 14 days.
What VaultXT does
VaultXT turns a WhatsApp chat export into dated PDF pages, made on your device. It copies your messages exactly and checks that every quote and page number matches your file. It can check the pages against the file you give it, but it can't tell whether that file is complete or genuine.
What it doesn't do
It doesn't tell you what to include, what your messages mean, or what to do in your case. The sentences in your timeline are your own words. For advice, speak to a solicitor or a free advice service.
Using it fairly
- Only use chats you're part of, and use your pack lawfully.
- Chats include other people's messages. Share only what's needed.
- Family court papers involving children are usually private. Don't share them outside your case unless the court's rules allow it.
Paying
You can build and preview a pack for free. You pay once per chat (Record) or per case (Court bundle), at the price shown in your currency. Our payment provider takes the payment and handles any sales tax.
Refunds
If your pack isn't what you needed, email us within 14 days of buying it and we'll refund you. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the consumer laws of your country.
If something goes wrong
We work hard to get every page right, and every pack is checked before you get it. If we're at fault, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid, except where the law doesn't allow that limit.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms in force when you bought your pack apply to that purchase.
Who we are
VaultXT is made by Opus Vault, a business in Australia. These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, without taking away the protection of the consumer laws where you live. Contact us at hello@vaultxt.com.
